Donald Brown
Don is a serial entrepreneur with over 35-years in Health Care that centers on having launched, funded and led two biomedical companies, Isto Biologics, (which was sold in September 2025) and Compass Biomedical-both with an unwavering dedication to helping patients. He successfully raised over nine hundred million dollars in equity and debt transactions since 2004 including non-dilutive grants and research contracts across multiple federal agencies (including NIH, DARPA, BARDA, and DOD clinical programs). He currently sits on the boards of Isto Biologics, Compass Biomedical, Zetagen, and eLux,
Don holds an undergraduate degree from University of Notre Dame.
Kim Brown , DPT
Kim Brown is a doctor of physical therapy, having built one of the first successful concierge Physical Therapy practice in Massachusettsthat. With over 15 years patient centric care, coupled with leading a lab based cell culture product company, Kim’s skillsets straddle both care delivery and product development. Kim joined Compass Biomedical in 2020 and has been CEO since 2025.
